We possess high-performance bending machines with tonnage capacities of 100 tons and 250 tons, capable of meeting the bending needs of various metal plates ranging from thin to thick, ensuring processing accuracy and efficiency.

Meanwhile, the hydraulic shearing machine is specifically designed for efficient and precise shearing of large-area metal plates, enhancing the flexibility and capacity of the production line.

The advanced laser cutting machine boasts high-precision cutting capabilities, suitable for cutting metal plates with complex shapes, thereby elevating the level of product customization.

Automated welding production lines, comprising two lines for corrugated plates and door plates, utilize advanced welding technology to achieve efficient and stable automated welding, reducing manual operations and improving production efficiency and welding quality.

Large-scale sandblasting rooms and self-contained paint rooms are dedicated to the pretreatment of metal surfaces, removing impurities and enhancing coating adhesion. The large spray-painting room conducts high-quality coating operations, satisfying both aesthetic and protective requirements of the products.

The specialized containers for generator sets produced by us meet high standards for sand prevention, windproofing, rainproofing, and corrosion resistance, making them suitable for environments such as land, plateaus, deserts, islands, and extreme heat or cold conditions.

We have installed dedicated gas pipelines at our production base, capable of meeting the performance and factory testing requirements for 2000kW natural gas generator sets. Additionally, we possess high and low-voltage load banks that can satisfy the performance testing needs of 3000kW generator sets.
